New Company Headquarters Building CompleteOctober 24, 2024

Mungo Homes is pleased to announce the completion of the first phase of the updated company headquarters campus in Irmo, SC. A newly-completed $10M, 20,250 square foot innovation-forward building sits adjacent to the former headquarters, which is now undergoing extensive renovations to be completed by late 1Q 2025.

According to CEO, Steven Mungo, “we are thrilled to provide our Team with a new, modern working environment with every detail thoughtfully considered. It’s been a joy to watch everyone settle in so quickly and enjoy gathering in spaces we envisioned for folks to collaborate and just enjoy lunch together. This new headquarters is a testament to the longevity and stability of Mungo Homes, and to our commitment to our community that has enabled our success. We’re looking forward to the completion of our entire campus renovation sometime early next spring.”

The new building allows for some 40 new jobs, meeting the requirements to receive Job Development credits along with a State of South Carolina grant.
