Mungo Homes is pleased to announce recognition at the Home Building Association of Richmond’s 73rd Annual Parade of Homes Awards. With the Townsend Grand plan, Mungo swept the awards in the Single Family Furnished category of $901,000 to $950,000 with the Gold Award in addition to Best Curb Appeal, Best Bath, and Best Kitchen.

Mungo Homes entered the Richmond market in 2021 with the acquisition of the then CraftMaster Homes, and sold 120 homes with a dollar volume of $64,409,000 in 2023.
