Columbia, SC. Mungo Homes is pleased to announce expansion of its corporate campus in Richland County on Western Lane in Irmo. The $10M investment will include a new, state-of-the-art 20,250 square foot building to sit adjacent to the current headquarters, which will receive extensive renovations. Expansion will allow for the addition of some 40 new jobs meeting requirements to receive Job Development credits along with a State of South Carolina Grant.

To be constructed by Cohn Corporation out of Columbia, the new building is anticipated to be complete by late 2024 or early 2025, and house the “Shared Services” team consisting of Accounting, Customer Service, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, and Purchasing.
