Community Builder: 85-year-old nurse celebrates 35 years of volunteering at free clinicJanuary 9, 2020

Meet Holly Mae Simons Scott, your latest Community Builder! Scott considers volunteering her calling, and has spent the past 35 years volunteering at the Free Medical Clinic on Harden Street. She worked as a nurse at Richland Memorial Hospital from 1955 to 1960, and then at Dorn VA Medical Center from 1960 to 1992 when she retired, but began volunteering her time at the Free Medical Clinic when it opened in 1984.
